Text Size: .GRANDE PRAIRIE, AB -- (Marketwire) -- 08/06/10 -- GRIT International, Inc. "GRIT" (FRANKFURT: 3GR1) announces it has received an initial $5,000,000 Euro Funding Commitment from LeadDog Capital LP OF New York.

The funding will be used to assist with the purchase of certain assets and working capital. GRIT will continue to work toward its aggressive expansion plans with this first round of financing contracted. LeadDog Capital LP has also committed further funding to be contracted at a later date at GRIT International's discretion. As GRIT's new funding partner, GRIT International publicly traded subsidiaries will also have access to LeadDog Capital funding services. This arrangement will allow subsidiaries a degree of self-sufficiency and autonomy since subsidiaries will all have individual financial requirements. GRIT International also has established banking relationships allowing some flexibility of funding. This flexibility allows the company to access traditional debt financing as well as factoring and other forms of short term capital funding.
