I am looking through these tomorrow, but I cannot help but see too many similarities in the verbiage of these documents.
Interesting that we see releases in the same "genre", using the same verbiage, and which are being released on the same date!? I am starting to see now that the FDIC are the ones perhaps who are slowing this process down because they need to be certain that their next move from case (Colonial) to case (Wash Mutual) also works for all cases, else there would be a break-down in the precedent in all of the FDIC seizures. Think about it... The FDICs lies are now crisscrossing all over the place in every illegal/premature seizure. Now they are looking for the "template" that they can use in all the cases that does not lead to a failure in the court for the FDIC.
