You are right. There is no Morningstar report.

The reason this ran up a couple of days ago, was due to some good old manipulation by bag holders.

They unloaded, to peeps like me, and bought back again at lower prices . That's how the game is played.

This is nothing but a shell company, but someone will buy it.
