I did a long search yesterday and today online. FSM is looks
legit but, who and where is TGGI they have no website as of yet.

I have read PR over and over I still don't get how come ALFE is
buying FSM when it not trading??? Maybe I am a little slow?

My sort-of-understanding is that we will still own TGGI shares
along with ALFE shares. Sound good!

I don't know it anyone seen this:

From February 2009 to March 2010, Mr. Schneider was a managing member of Kazore LLC, DBA Full Spectrum Media, a web development, graphic design and marketing company founded by Mr. Schneider which was acquired by Kazore Holdings Inc.

Effective May 17, 2010, American Life Holding Co. Inc. will change its OTCBB stock ticker symbol to ALFE from ALFEE.
