Raising a/s would bring in little money after everyone dumps shares. An r/s with the a/s remaining the same would be damaging too but i dont believe it's as damaging to the pps as fast, he could then dump new shares and stay true to not raising the a/s.

Out of the two if he does one, i see him doing an r/s and if he's up to tricks he will say that it is the first step towards moving up to a higher market.

Of course this is all purely speculation and I hope none of it comes to fruition.
