Whatever my bad you corrected! Called ameritrade again. It is a fact like XQZME said; All shares are accounted for prior to the split-electronically. I asked him: what if the shares of xyz co were
100 million and they found 150 million? He laughed! and said that
should not happen. I said, no way! He said how can that happen? I said just sell what's not there? He said they would be fined if a MM did that and buy back.
