Why not, the other things that you all claim he lied about were really out of his control. Do you think he knew he would be scammed by newby? Do you think he really thought the first lender would back out of the deal?
This recent activity with the replacement ceo and cfo is over with, something happened that we do not know about. Jeff and Gene are not ceo and cfo, perhaps someday they will.
In the mean time it is counter productive to undermine every little detail. Thus far he has not raised the A/S as much as it has been proclaimed will happen every day since it was raised to 1.5B.
I believe he really will not raise it again, he said it and I believe that one.
