the bernstein analyst back in jan felt sandoz/mnta's approval was imminent based on pricing negotiations and preorders. from what i've read on this board it sounds like TEVA started negotiating with one of the GPOs on pricing, so my hunch is it is this information upon which the same analyst presumes TEVA is close to approval
