BENEFIT to Help Track Ads and Finances

KIRYAT BIALIK, Israel and LAS VEGAS, Feb 10, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Integrated Software Development Ltd. (ISD) (Pink Sheets:ITDJ), a provider of enterprise software aimed at small-and medium-sized enterprises, today announced that it closed a large contract with Kesher Yashir, a large international ad agency.

The Company's BENEFIT CRM solution will be used by ISD's new client to track the ads, in terms of content, timing and placement, as they run in a wide range of media in several countries. This will provide the client with the ability to manage their ad accounts more systematically than ever before, which should result in improved repeat sales. In addition, BENEFIT is so versatile that Kesher Yashir will also use the program to feed the financial data into their reporting system, for issuing invoices and receipts as well as producing reports.

Kesher Yashir is a well-established advertising agency with offices in Europe and Israel. With over 20 years of experience, the company offers a wide range of services, including advertising in all forms of media, market research, branding and marketing consulting. Its client base is particularly large, spanning over traditional industries and high-tech.
