Forward split is good for the current stock owners, but it will not be atrractive for new buyers after. If you know how to play the forward split game, you can make money. One if you are a flipper and don't care about staying on the 10th, you can make a killing by playing to upward swing and dumped three days prior to date. If you are long, or want to ride the fwd split, you will most likely end up selling your new shares on the maket (only work for investors who bought 50% under prior to split. Example the investor who purchased at .0011 and stock ride up to .0060 at the time of split, will be in the positive side. The guy who bought in the 50s and 60s, will have a long wait before the extra shares can have value. Who will benefit from this? The guys whith an average 50% lower than the PPS at F/S.
So you have three choices here. MM will be force to cover prior to split, because FENRA will need share count which mean price will be moving no matter what. That will leave you with three choices:
1: ride the upswing bail out three days prior (Sept 7th, because it take two business days for shares to transfer ownership).
2. If you bought 50% below at F/S PPS, you can wait for you free shares and dump them for cash.
3. Or you can ride it out hoping INIX will be profitable and dump your free shares to new investors coming on board at a reasonable PPS.
You all have pubic hairs growing in weird places so you have the right to play your money the way you feel. Good luck with your decision(s).
