I would call your broker and find out exactly why your order was rejected--I doubt your broker has a vested interest in not filling an order and getting a commission because they have some reason to manipulate JBII. It could be something as simple as having too much on margin in your account.

If you have a little patience, I'm certain you will be able to buy all you can handle at $0.70.
