not in my lifetime, even Reagan grew deficits and did not reduce the size of government the way he promised. Anyone can spur an economy, all you have to do is flood in money. If the size of Federal Government were 1/3 or 1/2 what it is today there would be so much wealth in this nation we could Buy Japan!
