agree,,, (R) - (T) and so far this cycle (D) failing to get it right. We may disagree on what "right" is but the post you quoted from hits the target in that a Payroll Tax Holiday would leave money in the hands of citizens, and of course slanted toward those who make under 106k along with their employers. Eventually that will get the economy going and much better than turtle bridges and bug museums and video game research from so called "stimulus"
