are you saying the E-trade(ETMM) doesn't have a conflict? I read the whole 37 pages of both contracts. Scott trade offers more and has less hidden fees. When I started trading my intention was to trade only penny stock untill I made enough to buy some valuable stock. E trade can be better if the situation is right but you need to look for the hiiden fees and compare them to what your buying and selling patterns are. As far as service!! it is mostly done over the internet the cheap prices are there because there is no service and if you need help You will pay an extra $18 dollars for it.
