I have seen it happen on other penny stocks where people cannot buy through Scottrade. They use NITE as their MM and from what my friend who trades thru Scottrade was told. The stocks have a buy restriction on them and they will not release why. He then asked them does it have anything to do with their MM NITE and they would
not comment... HMM... You figure it out. Lookng at Level 2, it pretty clear that several MMs are upside down being short on this stock and they are trying really hard to bring this back down to cover these naked shares. Watch level 2 and you will see the corruption happening as we speak. They knocked the BID down to 2 MMs versus 5 MMs on the ask. They want this stock to go lower, Period!
