I think that is a wonderful idea…...as soon as you get 50.01 per cent call for an emergency shareholders meeting and vote me in as CEO….I have never been to Hawaii! I would imagine though that Ronn has his rear-end well covered on a hostile take over attempt, but then again he is so arrogant maybe he believes he is bullet-proof when it comes to shareholders actions of any kind.

However if one was serious and really does believe that Connextyx does have a good product and they really do have their manufacturing and distribution networks up and running….the tax write-offs on buying a struggling company (whose only real problem seems to be sales revenues-outside of Management mistakes) plus the potential the company does have if run properly (no CEO trips to Hawaii) it might be worth a several hundred thousand dollar gamble…easy for me to say I do not have a spare couple of hundred thousand.
