Agreed a piece of toast is worth more.....

What a tragedy, a few years ago a great idea and concept was brought forth making available PHR records for individuals. Unfortunately it got into the hands of a money grubbing shister. Not sure if I spelled that correctly but you know what I mean.

He took a great concept and need and used it to play CEO and travel around the country having a great time while bleeding the company dry for his own well being. Sad very sad....

He is lying low now after the reverse split, hoping people will forget. NOT HAPPENING...

He needs financing, and guess where he wants to get it??? From you the shareholder who is willing to give up your hard earned money to be a part of a great concept and need. My advice to you is find one of the other competitors out there. There are plenty at this stage of the game. Ronn WILL screw you again.. He is grabbing at straws trying to play out another hand. You think he took your money last time???? Wait until this time. Each round he sticks more and more into his own pocket!!!

Just ask any one of the current shareholders that have been screwed through atleast one Reverse Split....
