Hey, I've been off all day, but I read through the posts today and appreciate all of the "round the clock" research that some folks are putting in here. I want to share a quick point that I have seen posted, but perhaps not enough. It is VERY unusual to see an imminent POR without seeing actual STATEMENTS that commons will be cancelled.

Seriously.

My company (that I work for, not own), went through a full chapter 11, and cancelled all common shares. Our CEO stated that that decision was necessary because there was absolutely no way that we could operate as a business and pay off the debt. It was inevitable, and tough for them, but apparently had to be done. They announced the cancellation numerous times at every stage leading up to the actual POR. It was going to happen, and there was no reason to hide it from the shareholders.

Obviously, in this case, the voluntary chapter 11 is different. This company has found ways to settle their debt, and has actual incentives to keep the stock alive and well. We would have seen, numerous times by now, that the plan was to cancel shares if QSGI so intended. I appreciate the chatter about the "Fate of the shares" but I am already to the point where I am more interested in actual numbers and finances that will determine PPS. And it looks like KRUSECOM will be the basis for that data.

I am not an employee or officer in QSGI, so do your own DD, but my focus is on WHERE this is going, not IF this is going. Good night all!
