Yes. I cant recall if it came in a letter or an email... but there are instructions out there somewhere on the process to take the shares off restriction. I haven't bothered at this point.
If I am not mistaken and understood the instructions correctly, you apply to have a set amount taken off restriction that you plan to sell and the rest stay restricted for a year.
