OMO, I hope this doesn't seem ignorant and redundant on my part, but I keep reading this as "THE GROUP" which Northern Dynasty is a subsidiary of actually did this deal, and Northern Dynasty as a part of the Pebble Partnership has the right to buy the titles to the land if they so deem it in their best interests from "The Group" and they will reimburse "The Group" for the costs incurred in purchasing this property from Liberty Star. And "The Group" had U5 Resources sitting idle as a incubator for just such a transaction to take place ?????

Am I reading the story wrong ?? Please educate me a bit more if you so desire.
