Math was off, tomorrow is the 90th day since the signing of the LOI, Didnt account for May, July & Aug all have 31 days in their month. So tomorrow AUG 31 is techinally the 90th day, also, if we use the 5 day out from LOI signed to PR'ing that happened, our 5 days out would put a PR at Setp 5th Sunday Not the 2nd.
