2morrowsGains: PLUS has certainly got a strong hand now in negotiating with Ariba for an out of court settlement. I still think the ultimate settlement will be for much less that the figures in the lawsuit, but I really know little about the case, so I'm just guessing. The numbers sited are certainly staggering. I'm still holding a lot of shares, but may sell more soon, depending on what the stock does. Thanks for bringing PLUS to the forum months ago on the Raging Bull boards. I bought it aggressively in the 9's and 10's upon seeing the strong balance sheet and an 8K filing that suggested an acquisition from MANC would boost results. The share buyback program is also very impressive. Eventually I got into MANC as well and have done well with that one also. Good luck, maybe PLUS has a ways to run.
