It is not
misdirection or foolishness to compare two direct competitors.
IT IS CALLED DUE DILIGENCE.

So is digging up websites Brian Weber put up with his own name on them that show he was selling shares to support his race team with the help of Jared Hochstedler, someone he lied about having business dealings with. He's a liar.

Iliked your post of the direct quote from Brian Weber himself.
It makes perfectly good sense to me and is honest and sincere.
The revenues that were received were obviously needed to grow
the company and settle with YA Global.

Of course it makes sense to you because you either believe his BS or are pretending to believe it. Sensible, objective people tend not to. I think if Weber plans to be successful selling Koma Unwind he should probably not have abandoned the trademark. Maybe I'll trademark it and get the money from all his hard work instead, or maybe just get a court order to make him stop using the trademark illegally. I guess Weber's not worried about all the money he's making from all those fabulous deals.

We will find out about the deals when they release professionally prepared audited financials. We will also find out how much sales Potencia Energy Drink brings in and how Potencia USA LLC was the sleeping giant behind this company soon to thrust it into the industry leader.

I just snorted my drink out of my nose. Here's what I think and it's borne out by simply observing past behavior:

We'll never see professionally prepared anything from Weber. He's got a long colorful record of cheaping out whenever possible. Look at the latest embarrassing iteration of the website. The real one, not the phony "beverage industry" one he had his IR guy put up to falsely hype the company, which suddenly stopped being updated and referred to when an observant iHubber pointed out that the domain was registered to a Bebevco employee.

Weber has already PRed that he hired an accounting firm early this year. It was later confirmed that he had never hired them. That's called lying. A couple months back we heard about hiring a professional promotion firm, Wyndham. The result? The schmuck who runs it mentioned Bebevco a couple times on his Facebook page, then there was a comically frantic blitz of pumping on another BBDA stock board and that's been about it. Weber probably didn't pay them: that's a common theme with him.

As has been pointed out here repeatedly, Potencia is a dead product that hasn't been active in years. There's no sales worth mentioning from it, it can't be found anywhere (even fewer than the few dozen stores that carry Koma Unwind) and it certainly isn't a "sleeping giant."

This company is a joke and the CEO is, at best, an incompetent buffoon. I have seen nothing to convince me otherwise and no reason to think anything is forthcoming which will change my mind. You have offered nothing but gratuitous assertions that fly in the face of historical evidence.
