Paraphrasing. Well we intended on making that goal, but we now found we don't have the ability.
Of course, the INTELLIGENT investor would ask, "why didn't you have the ability to see something this obvious?" And "why didn't you tell us the goal was unlikely before announcing that the goal was no longer valid?"
