MNTA price action is indicative of some larger owners selling. I was extremely suprised to see nearly no bounce the last 2 days after the court ruled.
I think you'd be very wise to hedge some exposure - I haven't looked at the options but selling some out of the money calls say Sept and Oct might be decent idea. I am not sure how much implied vol is in the 20 and 25 strikes but it might be a nice way to generate some cash while you are waiting for something to happen.
Also it doesn't make sense to put a multiple on whatever $$$ MNTA makes since it should be treated as simple one time gains as it's not goign to be a recurring revenue stream (or you could argue it will only recur for a year or 2 more until TEVA gets in) I will agree though if the revenue stream were goign to be there 5 or 10 years out then MNTA looks very cheap.
