IsleChem didn't say that because it was not a forward looking report. IsleChem reported only on what they found and measured.

It would have been inappropriate for them to comment on forward looking things in that report. Since then JBII has said the IsleChem is in fact working on separation equipment. I'm sure if you go look thru the past posts and filings you will find it.

Your question is based on a lack of understanding of the context of the IsleChem letter. That you have missed the subsequent information that answers the question you pose I can not account for.
