Yes it should concern us as shareholders, most favourable outcomes here for us shareholders depend on the existence of a large shareholder - Mr Big that has been accumulating shares within limits of preserving Nols.

We've speculated that the plan started at least by last June.. so quite probably MB has his shares already and the bankruptcy is an option they had to deal with the FDIC, to get more leverage over them as an unsecured creditor. imo
