Are you sure that they aren't making fuel as I type to you and haven't had a stack test? Me thinks both are true. Me thinks several people have seen the processor produce fuel from beginning to end including Islechem and the DEC. Me thinks there's AT LEAST an 87% chance that the stack test is done already.
