This is really something! I guess it explains why it all fell apart. I wonder if Brian was actually scammed? So any thoughts on where SYNJ goes from here? It sounds as if they can get the money back, but is there still a compnay? If SYNJ wins the lawsuit does the stock price go up and things get going? I guess these are the questions, we just have to wait and see, anyone have any guesses as to how this goes? It's very interesting if this lawyer really did knowingly issue a bunk letter he knew wouldn't get Brian a loan. So did Mac hook Brian up with these people? Is that where the falling out happened? Lot of questions here.
