Your loyalty is commendable...

The choice was hard for me...if you know my posts the last 15 months I was very supportive of Dean....and I still am, but not as CEO..

Need some talent with professional qualifications to take over, and let Dean remain in the background, on a public level..

No surprise...he did not want to be CEO forever...he wanted to set up his dream and then leave the day to day activities to others.

Perhaps his dream will come true; the next PR or two will be crucial.
