I looked at them some time ago, I used to have them as an IP, but then they dropped out of the business leaving me hanging, since then, I am no longer interested in them. Just before the close here got back in CCRD at $5.47 (sold it last week at $6.21, so a good discount). Also got some ADRX here just under $12. The patent problem will probably cost them at most $1/share, if their appeal is not successful. The rest of their business is pretty good and with a book above $8, I think it is becoming "interesting", though, I am ready for another second shoe to drop.
