Guys & Gals,
Just a follow up to what I stated in my prior post.
It's pretty obvious that there is somewhat of an intimate relationship between APEX & QASP. APEX clearly fits the bill of one of the original four supposed acquistions, and I believe Mr. Bradley has provided them with restricted common shares, and cash for quite sometime, while keeping the option to acquire open.
At this point it makes no sense for APEX to bought, but would be more realistic if they were the one's doing the buying.
(Makes no sense to backout either, because we are all in too deep at this point.)
Mr. Bradley has done a wonderful job of destroying the PPS, and for them it would be a pretty cheap grab, especially if they see long term value in the QASP vision Mr. Bradley has created.
APEX is a stable company, a real company, and has revenues. Maybe this is the perfect opprotunity to go public on the cheap, if Mr. Bradley is willing to take a backseat without too much of a fight.
Gene & Jeff didn't just show up out of the clear blue, and there is a purpose why these guys are here at this moment in time. They are very capable of fixing the market perception and mending the errors of Mr. Bradley, they are also very capable in terms of leadership and finance.
Mr. Bradley needs to get out of the drivers seat now. His time as CEO/CFO, and almighty ruler of QASP needs to end immediately.
Best Regards, Bernie
