I have to say, that I have yet to meet a small biz owner, that incorporates tons of Shell companies, with funding of 10 million dollars from a funding source, Sells intellectual property for 1.75 million dollars to another company that he owned and set up, then Steps down from his own company CEO position, Gives the company to his brother, not sells, gives.. and then DILUTES the shares to oblivion. That describes a big ole RED FLAG failure.
