Kruse should have a market cap of $150 million if they are doing $30 million in sales and would trade at 5x sales.

$150 million / 38 million shares O/S = $3.95 PPS

Add in the value of the NOLs and maybe you have a $5 stock...

Currently trading at .07 and a $3 million market cap.
