Great news about the injunction being denied.

I will assume that once we see a nice rise, one or more analysts will say that the the TEVA product will soon be approved to try and manipulate shares once again.

I'm not a big fan of the "manipulation" theory of the market universe. There are some boards where no matter what the movement-up, down or sideways, big or small- the posters begin to scream of MM manipulation, etc. Gets old.

To me it's usually explainable and logical, though perhaps not rational, action.

Besides, with MNTA, hasn't everyone and their grandmothers had two weeks of PPS under 18, sometimes under 15, to accumulate shares?
