SNY reiterates no plan for Lovenox authorized generic; this is implicit in the following excerpt from today’s PR:

Pending a final decision on the merits of the underlying complaint, sanofi-aventis will continue to make original enoxaparin (Lovenox®) available to healthcare professionals for their patients.

The word original is the key.
