The RSI is rising, but many indicators are also turning positive on this one. However, I'm not that experienced at reading charts, and leave the annotate-work to someone else.
I do think the close resistance we may see may be the 50SMA, and that one is flying right below $.015, so I think we may see some good upside here considering the chart.
