Dean Bradley said Tuesday he was stepping down as CEO and president of Quasar International Holdings Inc. as part of a management shake-up at the aircraft manufacturing company.

Bradley will continue to serve as chairman of the Jacksonville-based company on Normandy Boulevard, formerly Quasar Aerospace Industries. Jeffrey Landreth will step in as the new CEO. Gene Johnson will serve as chief financial officer and Lisa Betros as chief operating officer.

The changes will take effect immediately.

Shares of Quasar (PINK: QASP) were up 43 percent to 1 cent in midday trading.

jr, I have voiced my opinion to all at QASP,
at 12:41 pm.

Dean, Jeff, Gene, Lisa as well as Bert

I must state for the record it was extremely firm in tone and solution. I expect I will receive a reply and or PR no later than EOD, close of trading, Friday of this week.

If not, I will post my entire email message with attachments, before the opening on Monday.

Something MUST be done immediately, or QASP is worthless; and that folks is realistic and NOT JUST MY OPINION!
