I have been in similar situations, where as a consultant, have been appointed a management position with the responsabilities and authorities to perform and deliver results as planned by the company. Sometimes companies do this to correct or improve situations utilizing the services of experienced people or with the intention to award them w/the permanent position when the time is right. I have been involved in both situations.

I am a small investor since July 2009, just read the board and I am holding until material things develop.
