The reality is, he has done just enough to cover his ass.

He know's it and we know it also, and he has been walking this tightrope for quite sometime, crossing his finger's and hoping not to fall.

Personally, I would like to see the guy succeed in his attempts, but the more deception he continues to inject into the picture the less I care either way.

The money doesn't matter. What matters is that he is responsible for the lives that he has disrupted, by such deception and games, so I hope this isn't truly the case.

At this point, it does seem as though all shareholders or interested parties here, are excepting this for what it is...

"A complete mess".
