I disagree. There can be valid reasons for postponing a shareholder meeting, if indeed it is postponed and not outright cancelled.
There can be no valid reason for issuing a PR stating that things have happened that have not. There is nothing forward looking about immediate effect, and quoting them and referring to them by their nonexistent position titles.
