Its definitely an acquired skill. In my years in M&A we did many deals and saw much successes, and it requires a lot of work. Many don't realize this about the business. I don't know if you know this but the corporate guys at Weston are and were very accomplished at their craft and after the deal was announced I spoke to one of my former compatriots on the phone and he was very happy with the deal. He was very happy with where the combined company was going and they hold Greg Weston in very high regard. I expect to see this off the carpet very soon. For the record, once I see the expected news I will be buying some.
