re:Where's the problem?

You may be right about there being no problem, but follow my logic and feel free to question my reasoning. In your experience, why does someone (use your own history with jobs) leave a job? 1) They are asked to leave due to failure. This would be a positive for GENR. 2) they have a better offer somewhere else. This could be a Negative for GENR to loose a good employee to someone else. With the stock options and inside info that the officers have, if all was well, that would have to be some offer. 3) The many personal reasons that we all have moved from a job. This could be a positive or a negative for GENR.

Next weigh the negatives of a new chief Medical director at this time for the AMD program. The FDA has built a relationship with the current Medical Team. While a new face may not cause problems and may be a benefit, in my experience, the FDA likes a consistant connection with the company. My gut says that this could cause some delays.

Once again, I have no inside info, just my gut and experience. Neither says that this is good news.

One caveat. If Dr Vogel was a major distraction with the FDA or internally, then a major positive for the long-term outlook for GENR. This would be info I would love to know!
