Has anyone stopped to think that maybe...just maybe...it wasn't all CGAQ's fault that there wasn't a working link to make deposits. Doesn't there have to be a bank involved for the deposits? Maybe the link to the bank...or banks didn't work or were down for some reason. This isn't the U.S. it's a small country, banks probably don't run as smooth in the D.R. as they do in the U.S.,...just a thought...
