I had a similar opinion in terms of the aquisitions, but will the including of their earnings in Q2 rather than Q3 actually effect the yearly results? In my opinion it shouldn't, it will just shift which quarter looks a bit worse, but maybe I'm wrong on this. This should just effect short term price negatively, presenting a buying opportunity.

Now, if the higher margin aquisitions don't go as planned and the margins on their existing business are down due to trouble integrating them, that's a whole other issue.
