UTA - personally, I chose to avoid the stock when CTRP was recently told their commissions would be lowered by the airline industry. This applies to UTA as well. The recent CFO resignation to go along with questionable accounting practices also put downside pressure on the stock. I started to short the stock this past Friday above $6.00 for the short term, but didn't pull the trigger. I'd say that $4.60 is the spot to buy, as that kind of a stink bid just might get filled. No reason to rush in right now, but I do like the company .......

"Joe, interested in your thoughts on UTA. I calculate book value of approx $5.40, and the company appears to be well positioned for growth. I don't put much stock in the analyst downgrade that drove todays selloff, nor the analyst earnings estimate that they missed in the last quarter. Should I be? What am I missing here. Seems like a compelling growth story, even if organic vs. acquisition growth could be stronger. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance."
