NVS bought 37,214 shares of IDIX today pursuant to its contractual right to true-up its ownership stake to offset options exercises by IDIX employees:

After today’s purchase, NVS owns 31,361,401 shares of IDIX, which is roughly a 40% stake on a fully-diluted basis.
