OT...

As of right now, this index has fallen into the 130 range so for now it's game over.


What's game over? The normal person who purchased a house in 1987 either sold it and reivested its profits into another home or they still live in that existing 1987 house and own it out-right. For those still living in the existing home they likely have made a great return (100+%), granted well off its artifical high.
