You might be thinking of Wolverine's 17-1 Kings Meadow Ranches in 17-23s-1w in Sevier County. It is 3 miles SE of Sigurd. It makes 700 BPD flat from the Jurassic Navajo Sand, Utah Hingeline play. I'm not sure about the 3 horizons.
