It is only important in that there is no confusion and that Frank shows accountabity to QBID shareholders that their interest in Q Television Network is safe. Confusion leads to uncertainty which leads to lost investors. Just when I thought the RB QBID site was becoming sane, the bashers show back up saying QBID is a dirty shell and QTN is privately held, and QBID investment is worthless. This hurts new investors faith and turns them away from investing new dollars here. It might be dirty pool, but Frank provides them with ammo. If he would fix the QBID sight and tie it in with clarity as a parent company to these subsidiaries, it would help immensly in my opinion.-TW
